Common questions

How much will my cleaning cost?
Your flat rate reflects the property’s size and condition, service type, frequency, and requested work. A first residential visit may be quoted at deep-clean pricing if the home needs more than a routine clean to catch up. Your written cleaning plan and price are confirmed before scheduling.
What does standard home cleaning include?
Recurring and one-time standard cleaning covers kitchen surfaces, bathroom cleaning, reachable dusting, agreed high-touch areas, mirrors, and household trash. Accessible floors are vacuumed and hard floors mopped; the microwave is cleaned inside and out. Oven, refrigerator, and cabinet and drawer interiors are separately quoted additions to standard cleaning.

Are products and equipment included?
Your written quote identifies who provides cleaning products and equipment. Tell us about pets, sensitivities or products to avoid so we can record your preferences.
How do you get into the property?
Property-access details are arranged after the service type, scope, and schedule have been confirmed. Do not submit alarm codes, gate codes, lockbox combinations, door codes, key instructions, or other sensitive access credentials through the public quote form.
Will I see the same professional each visit?
We aim for continuity whenever scheduling allows, but cannot promise the same cleaning professional on every visit.
What happens if something is missed?
If something was missed, contact Good Order and describe the concern. We review it against your agreed cleaning plan and work out the right resolution with you.
